Synopsis

Armed with a custom-scripted reality show plan, aspiring rapper Yu believes he’s finally on the fast track to stardom. Mistaking the modest and dutiful truck driver Zhao Tianya for a planted actor sent by MCN boss Wuliji as part of a reality show setup, Yu Hong hops aboard Zhao’s freight truck—unknowingly launching a wild 5,000-kilometer journey from Inner Mongolia to Hunan. Along the way, the unlikely duo encounters lavish detours and colorful characters.
